Foul Mudammas | Egyptian Fava Beans

Foul mudammas:

Foul Mudammas is one of the most famous recipe in the middle east people eat in Breakfast. Foul Mudammas is actually Egyptian Fava beans.

Recipe for filthy mudammas prepared with substantial, creamy fava beans and flavored with ground cumin, fresh herbs, and a zesty lemon garlic sauce with spicy peppers! Don't worry, the sauce isn't hot, but it gives the dish just the proper amount of heat.

This dish is made with less salt so people eat Foul with some spreading of lemon on it. Asian people often eat more salty and spicy things so they also put some salt on it and eat this beautiful dish with green chili. It gives the food a better taste.

People eat Foul with some lemon smeared on it since it is produced with less salt. Because Asians prefer salty and spicy foods, they season this lovely meal with salt and serve it with green/red chili. It improves the flavor of the meal.
