How Food Can make you a Happiest specie:
Food is a
basic need of everyone, some people eat food to live and there are people who live
to eat. THEY ARE FOODIES!
To these
people food is happiness, If they are in a bad mood they will eat something
they love and it will automatically will change their mind and will bring smile
on their faces. People who love to eat are the best people.
Some times you will make food for yourself and will sit in front of the TV and you will definitely feel full and pretty happy. We get macro nutrients like proteins, lipids, and carbs from the food we eat, which our systems use for fuel and other vital activities.
Vitamins and other nutrients
that our systems can't process but that we need come from food. Even pet food
makes pets happy, how cool is that.
We obviously
require food, but why should some foods make us happy when we consume them?
Why do
specific meals make us happy? Happiness research has figured it out. It turns
out that certain meals include chemicals that have been found to influence our
mood. Even more intriguing, avoiding some meals might have the reverse impact,
increasing our risk of depression.
So if you
are in a depression you will probably think that you need to go to the
therapist but guess what? NO! because you just need to eat something you love,
I swear it would definitely help. NEVER EVER LEAVE YOUR MEAL FOR ANY DEPRESSION
instead make food to leave that depression aside, HAH!
You just
need to eat everything you love and make yourself a happy specie in the entire
world. Also do exercises after eating too much because you will definitely need
